Common questions
When do I get paid?
Monthly, via Polar. Standard 30-day clearance to account for chargebacks and refunds. $50 minimum payout — anything under rolls into the next month.
What counts as a referral?
Anyone who clicks your /?ref=YOUR_CODE link and converts to a paying plan within 60 days. We use first-touch attribution and cookie-based tracking. Once they convert, the attribution is permanent — you earn on their renewals forever.
What if I'm both a creator AND want the rev-share?
Do both. Apply for the creator path, mention you'd like the affiliate code on top. We don't make you pick.
Can I criticise Counteraxiom publicly?
Yes. Honest criticism makes the product better and your audience trusts you more. We don't pull deals over real feedback. We only pull them for misleading marketing.
How long does approval take?
We review applications manually. Expect a response within 3 business days. If you have an active audience and your channels are visible, it's usually fast.
Is there an exclusivity clause?
No. Promote everything else you want. We're not your manager.
